Circadian T3 Method
Paul is an active advocate for thyroid patients through his regular blog posts, which offer a wealth of information that both relate to his books as well as current news and insights.
This treatment means that the thyroid patient is using the Circadian T3 Method (CT3M) to raise cortisol. This requires a thyroid medication containing some T3 in order to do this, e.g. T3 (Liothyronine) or natural desiccated thyroid (NDT).
