Thyroid Treatment:
Circadian T3 Method, T3

Getting my Life Back Using T3 in Divided Doses and the Circadian T3 Method (CT3M) for Low Cortisol

Let start from the beginning.

Over 2 years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, and was given levothyroxine T4 50mcg. I did get a little better, lost a bit of weight (then 105kg),  my asthma and rhinitis disappeared.

However, 3 months later I began to put on weight and I began to have joint pain.  I began my search through all the forums and I found out about Liothyronine (T3). I found a GP who would prescribe, so I begun to take T4 50mcg and T3 20mcg.

To begin with I got better. But a month later all my symptoms began again, so I persuaded my GP to stop T4 and to increase T3 to 40mcg.  I was taking my T3 once a day, all in one dose.

For another month I was fine, then again  all the symptoms returned,  so the T3 was increased to 60mcg.  Yet again the pain symptoms returned, so the T3 was increased to 80mcg per day.  Then I begun to loose weight. I now weigh 78kg.  However,  I did not have the energy to exercise.

Then I bought the book “Recovering with T3“. I adjust the way of taking the tablets instead of all in one go. I now split them throughout the day as 5:00am 20mcg (the Circadian T3 Method),  11:00am 20mcg, 15:00pm 20mcg, 19:00pm 20mcg.

My pulse has steadied at 80bpm and my blood pressure is  normally 124/82.

I now have so much energy I have begun cycling.

I live in Gibraltar, and last week I cycled through Spain, and went up to Jimena de la Frontera that is 47km each way. It took me over 5 hours.

I am so excited over this that I am now planning to go cycling every weekend.

I now have a life with no more pain or allergies, or asthma.

I’ve had to buy lots of new clothes as my waist size has reduced to 32 inches from 46 inches !.
