Losing Weight and Recovering from Hypothyroidism Using T3 (Liothyronine) Treatment
Before using T3 and on a little T4, I was 2 stone over weight and still having symptoms but would not be given a diagnosis because my TSH was only 2.8 but my T4 was very low.
After starting T3 – I had more energy and lost the ‘thyroid weight’.
After stopping the T4 and increasing carefully – using the Circadian T3 Method mentioned in Paul Robinson’s book – I woke up with no low heavy feelings, maintained weight better and body temperatures have gone up. I now don’t get so many days with icy hands and feet, unless I am really tired/stressed and have not balanced myself properly.
I just feel so much better.
I take 12.5 mcg around 3-4am when I now seem to wake and then go back off to sleep again until the alarm at 6.45am. Another 12.5 at about 11-12 and 12.5 at about 3-4pm and that is it.
It is definitely like a light has been switched on – why can’t the medical establishment see this!?
I have never had any unpleasant side effects like palpitations.
