I have just published my fourth book on 1st September 2025. It is called Articles on Hypothyroidism.
Articles on Hypothyroidism completes the four-book Recovering from Hypothyroidism series of books.
The front cover of the new book looks like this:
The first book in the series that thyroid patients often read is The Thyroid Patient’s Manual. It is a very practical and vital read that covers diagnosis, all the main treatment options and many important, related issues. Recovering with T3, is still the definitive book on T3-Only therapy, and it contains the full protocol for using T3 safely and effectively. The CT3M Handbook is a companion book to Recovering with T3, and it is advisable that Recovering with T3 be read first before The CT3M Handbook. Together the books provide a means for patients to finally resolve their hypothyroidism and low cortisol issues.
Over the past 15 years, Paul Robinson has also written many articles that contain additional information. In some instances, the subject of an article was based on a new piece of research, or information, that was not available when the books were first written. The articles were originally published on his website and they are immensely useful to thyroid patients. However, websites often have a limited lifespan and at some point tend to cease to exist. This frequently occurs after the creator of the site is no longer living.
Putting these articles into Articles on Hypothyroidism ensures their continued availability should Paul’s website no longer exist. The articles have been extensively edited and significantly improved in the process of producing the book, Articles on Hypothyroidism.
Articles on related topic areas have been grouped together into chapters. There are 10 chapters altogether. This makes it far easier for the reader to delve into the book and read up on an overall topic that is of interest. In many ways, the book improves the accessibility of all of these articles and makes it far more likely for thyroid patients to get the full value from them (apart from the improvement in both the clarity and the quality of the writing over the website versions).
This book will be a great help to thyroid patients who are still thirsty for more knowledge and information on hypothyroidism and a wide range of associated issues.
The 308 pages of the book include articles on:
- hypothyroidism and cortisol
- the dismal failures of modern treatment
- thyroid laboratory testing and how to use it
- the contentious issue of low TSH
- thyroid hormone dosing and management
- research studies and many other topics
Readers will find the content both enlightening and practical.
You can purchase the book in many countries from all good on-line booksellers like Amazon, Barnes & Noble (USA), and Waterstones (UK). Amazon also uses Look Inside so you can view sample pages of the book there.

The Amazon USA link to the book is: https://www.amazon.com/Articles-hypothyroidism-treatment-Recovering-Hypothyroidism/dp/1738457923/
The book is available on all Amazon sites worldwide and on other Internet bookseller sites and in some conventional book shops. Apologies for not listing them all, as the number of booksellers that are selling the books are too numerous to individually mention.
For those that may want a bookstore to order the book for you, this information may be helpful:
Title: Articles on Hypothyroidism
Author: Paul Robinson
Publisher: Elephant in the Room Books
ISBN: 978-1-7384579-2-2
Publish Date: 01/09/2025
I believe that this book will be extremely useful to many thyroid patients.
‘Articles on Hypothyroidism’ now completes the four-book Recovering from Hypothyroidism series. It ensures that Paul Robinson’s written work will continue to be available for as long as thyroid patients need it.
Here is a short YouTube video introducing the new book.

Note: I am not intending to change this website in a large way to reflect the the new book that is now part of the Recovering from Hypothyroidism series. The Articles on Hypothyroidism book is a far more polished embodiment of the majority of the website information. This is why the home page of the website still only focuses mainly on my first three books. However, I have introduced a mention of the fourth book in a number of relevant places on the website.
Best wishes, Paul
