Why The Circadian T3 Method is So Important To Thyroid Patients – Video Version

This is a 10 minute video that explains why the Circadian T3 Method (CT3M) should be a standard tool available to doctors who treat thyroid patients suffering with low cortisol (sometimes referred to incorrectly as adrenal fatigue).

I believe that this video illustrates why CT3M is important and should be incorporated into treatment protocols for thyroid disease when a patient has lingering cortisol issues.

This is the most simple explanation I’ve managed to do so far to explain why so many thyroid patients taking thyroid medication have some level of adrenal issues. CT3M is one tool that can help to correct partial adrenal insufficiency because it more closely mimics the healthy levels of thyroid hormones in the night time.

The video was made at home, without a script, and in a single take, when I was recovering from a flue-like cold (I look ill), so please make some allowances for this. It was also made back in 2013 and I was only just starting to experiment with videos for communicating my work.
