The ‘Recovering from Hypothyroidism series’ is a set of thyroid books written by thyroid patient advocate Paul Robinson. The books are written to help thyroid patients understand and recover from hypothyroidism as quickly as possible.

The three books above are available in paperback, hardback as well as Kindle (Ebook) format.

Paul Robinson's fourth book in the 'Recovering from Hypothyroidism series' is also now available in paperback. It is called 'Articles on Hypothyroidism', and is available through all good Internet-based bookstores and some brick and mortar bookshops.

Do you think that you might have a thyroid problem?

Are you already on thyroid medication but feel that it is not resolving your symptoms? Have you been taking L-thyroxine (T4) for a long time, yet still don't feel as you did before thyroid problems? Have you been told that your thyroid blood tests are normal and that your thyroid hormones are no longer a problem? You may have been told that you are going to have to accept the remaining symptoms or problems. You may even have been told that your symptoms now are being caused by something other than thyroid hormones.

There are solutions. Paul Robinson's books on hypothyroidism form a complete, practical set, that will help thyroid patients understand and recover from hypothyroidism. Here's how they fit together...

Recovering with T3

Still the best book for understanding, and using T3 treatment safely and effectively. Recovering with T3 contains a detailed protocol for using T3-Only to recover from hypothyroidism when other treatments have failed.

The Thyroid Patient’s Manual

A very practical book that will help thyroid patients from the point of learning about thyroid problems, through diagnosis, and then treatment with all types of thyroid medication and with recent thyroid research studies.

The CT3M Handbook

A companion book to Recovering with T3. It has more in-depth information on the Circadian T3 Method (CT3M) part of the protocol in the Recovering with T3 book. CT3M can help many patients improve their cortisol levels. Please read Recovering with T3 first.

Together, with Paul Robinson's fourth book, 'Articles on Hypothyroidism', the books form the 'Recovering from Hypothyroidism series'.

There is no need to be condemned to permanent ill health - there are solutions and quick recovery is possible. All the books are available from many Internet booksellers in most countries.
