Request for help to enable more thyroid patients to find my work

Those of you who have a website, or are close to someone who has a website, can help me to reach more thyroid patients.

My website URL is

Currently, Google is not likely to mention my website in general thyroid search results – any search would have to be very specific to me.

Google is more likely to mention my website if my site URL is mentioned on other websites. If Google puts my website in search results, more thyroid patients will get help from the information on the site.

I started my new website for several reasons:

  • The old site was not Google friendly in terms of being Https secure and in terms of not having enough graphics compared to text.
  • Thyroid patients asked for my website to be mobile phone friendly.
  • I wanted the new website to be easily maintained for a very long time.
  • I want my books and website to continue to be useful resources for thyroid patients everywhere even when I can no longer work on this.

However, many thyroid patients never find the website because of the way Google works.

You can really help my mission to get more good information to thyroid patients by mentioning on your website (if you have one). Please help if you can.

If you have a friend, family member, or colleague with a website please ask them if they will refer to my website as a good resource for thyroid patients.

Note: Google does not really count links from social media. Google really places most emphasis on in-content links from other websites that are health-related in some way. It is still really helpful to mention the website on Facebook. However, if someone has a website that could refer to my website it would be more effective from a Google point of view.

If you can help, this would be most appreciated.

Best wishes,
